Quotes & Agreements
A quote request submitted through this site is not a binding contract. Service begins only after we and the customer agree on scope and terms in a service agreement or confirmed season plan. Quoted amounts are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if actual property conditions differ.
Nature & Limits of Snow & Ice Services
Snow and ice management reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. Weather conditions change constantly, and snow or ice can accumulate or refreeze between service visits. Our work is intended to lower slip, fall, and access hazards — not to guarantee a hazard-free, ice-free, or slip-free surface at all times. Customers remain responsible for monitoring their own property and taking reasonable precautions between service visits.
Weather & Scheduling
Service timing depends on the severity and timing of each storm. During heavy, extended, or back-to-back snow events, response times may be longer, and we prioritize by plan level and conditions. Declared snow emergencies or extreme multi-day storms may require additional service that is quoted separately.
Payment
Payment terms for season plans and individual services are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Season plans are paid in advance for the winter season unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snow Pushers Chicago is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our services are performed with professional care, and we carry commercial liability insurance; a certificate of insurance is available on request.
