How it works: Choose your plan before the season and lock it in. We monitor every storm and clear your property on each snowfall over 2″ — automatically, all winter, for one flat price. No counting visits, no end-of-season math.

Need tighter service? A 1″ trigger or Zero Tolerance (bare-pavement) option is available on any plan for an additional cost — just ask.

Season plans cover all standard Chicago winter storms. In the rare event of a declared snow emergency or extreme multi-day storm, additional service may be quoted separately.

How do the season plans work?
Pick the plan that fits your property and pay one flat price for the whole winter. We clear every snowfall over 2″ all season — automatically, with no per-visit billing and no end-of-season math.
What if it barely snows?
You're still covered for every event and your price stays flat — that's the trade for budget certainty. In a light winter you're paying for peace of mind and priority service; in a heavy one, you come out well ahead.
Is there a limit on how many times you come out?
No — your plan covers every qualifying snowfall over 2″ all season long. Want a lower 1″ trigger or Zero Tolerance (bare-pavement) service? Those are available on any plan for an additional cost.
Does my price change with a big storm?
No — your season price is flat regardless of how much it snows. The only extras are optional add-ons (a 1″ trigger or Zero Tolerance service) or, in the rare case of a declared snow emergency, additional service we'd discuss with you up front.
Are quotes really free?
100% free, no obligation. We assess your property's square footage and access points, then send a quote. You choose whether to move forward.
How do I pay?
After you pick a plan via the contact form, we send a secure payment link — major credit cards and ACH accepted. Once paid, you're locked in for the whole season.
